Oklahoma State wideout will now host workout on March 30. Joe Fortenbaugh
Wide receiver Dez Bryant has moved his pro day workout from March 25 to March 30, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.com.
Apparently, Bryant wanted to work out on March 30 at Oklahoma State—one day after quarterback Sam Bradford hosts his pro day in Norman, Okla.—but Okie State declined, saying they’ve already held one pro day and do not want to host another.
Instead, Bryant will now work out in his hometown of Lufkin, Tex., one day before Texas Tech hosts their annual pro day.
Although no reason has been given as to why he’s bumping his pro day back five days, many are speculating it may have something to do with the hamstring injury that prevented Bryant from working out at the combine in Indianapolis last month.
That, and the fact that the wide receiver showed up in Indy ten pounds heavier than his 2009 playing weight may have led Bryant’s camp to buy as much time as possible to get the potential first-round pick into the best shape possible before various NFL personnel get an up-close look at him.

Ah, my bad, thanks for the info GLinton. You are absolutely correct, LSU's pro day was Monday, which for the most part, was run by the Saints' staff. I'm a bit surprised that schools such as UL-Monron, ULL, etc. which have relatively few prospects were simply not included in the LSU work.
