Suspended Miami Dolphins offensive guard Richie Incognito will never play for the AFC East franchise again, according to The Miami Herald.

"He's done," a team source told the Herald today. "There are procedures in place and everyone wants to be fair. The NFL is involved. But from a club perspective he'll never play another game here."

Incognito allegedy left racially-charged and threatening messages on teammate Jonathan Martin's voice mail.

The Dolphins haven't taken steps to cut Incognito yet, but the die is already cast.

He'll be an unrestricted free agent after the season.
