Cut by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers today, offensive tackle Donald Penn is set to visit the Oakland Raiders, according to ESPN.

The Raiders flunked Rodger Saffold on a physical and also lost Jared Veldheer to the Arizona Cardinals this week.

Penn was due a $6.75 million base salary when he was released.

However, the Buccaneers didn't feel like his pay matched his compensation.

Penn has started 108 career games.
