Bill Polian landed at ESPN and now his son Chris Polian has found work.

Chris Polian, who took over as general manager of the Indianapolis Colts, has been hired by the Atlanta Falcons, according to D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Chris Polian will join the Falcons’ scouting staff under general manager Thomas Dimitroff. Atlanta’s director of player personnel David Caldwell formerly worked with the Colts, so he has ties to Chris Polian.

Chris Polian was rumored to rub many people the wrong way during his tenure in Indianapolis. It’s good that he’s landed work at the time of year when front office personnel make changes.
