As one Chicago radio host said this morning, presumably Bears quarterback Jay Cutler got down on his good knee during his trip to Cab San Lucas, Mexico, to propose to reality TV star Kristin Cavallari.
The celebrity gossip site perezhilton.com reported that after eight months of dating the couple is planning to get married. Cutler reportedly proposed over the weekend with a 5.2 carat diamond ring.
Cutler was last seen on the football field injured on the sideline with a sprained knee during the Bears’ loss to the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship Game.
