Report: Prosecutors want Josh Brent back in jail

Prosectors in Dallas County, Texas, want to send Josh Brent back to the pokey.

Brent, the Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle, is out on bail while he awaits trial in the intoxication manslaughter case stemming from the death of teammate Jerry Brown last December.

According to NFL.com, prosecutors will ask a judge to return Brent to jail during a hearing on Friday. Per the report, Brent has “violated several terms of his release, which includes wearing a device that monitors his alcohol intake.”

If the judge revokes Brent’s bail, he will be returned to jail.
