Roscoe Parrish didn't have to wait long to find work after being released by the San Diego Chargers.
The veteran return man/receiver has agreed to a deal with the Oakland Raiders, according to a report from ProFootballTalk.com.
The Raiders were in the market for a return man, given the injury to Jacoby Ford and have always been enamored with speed. So their pickup of Parrish looks like a good match.
