Ray Lewis could be back for the Baltmore Ravens as early as week 15 against the Denver Broncos, according to a report from Yahoo's Michael Silver.

Silver says he was told by "more than a half dozen sources" that Lewis would be back before the season ends.

Silver writes Lewis' injury was believed to be season-ending when it occurred in October, and there was that initial fear. However, the thought of Lewis being out for the year wasn't entirely accurate. Otherwise, why would the Ravens have placed the injured reserve recall stipulation on Lewis, if he didn't have at least a decent chance of coming back for the end of the season and the playoffs?
