Nation's second-largest cable provider now on board Brad Biggs
At long last, the NFL has reached an agreement with Time Warner Cable to carry the NFL Network and RedZone Channel, according to Bloomberg.com.
The announcement will reportedly be made later today and it’s a big deal because Time Warner is the second-largest cable company in the nation and the only significant one that had yet to reach a deal to carry NFL Network.
It comes at the right time. The NFL Network has expanded the package of games it is showing this season with weekly Thursday games. The league’s expansion televising its own games likely pushed the agreement to get done.
