Report: Von Miller, collector collaborated to corrupt drug test

Broncos linebacker Von Miller and a urine sample collector collaborated on a way to cheat the NFL's drug system procedure, according to a report from ESPN's Adam Schefter and Chris Mortensen.

Both were caught, which led to Miller's six-game suspension. The NFL alleged that Miller violated the league's substance-abuse policy, but gave him four games instead of six.

The report also states that Miller tested positive for the test because his sample was diluted. With the NFLPA ready to appeal the results of the test, it was discovered Miller and the collector were working together to get around the system.

Apparently, the sample wasn't even Miller's. A second collector discovered the sample was taken in a city Miller couldn't have been in, which led to the NFL's investigation.

The ESPN report states that the results of this case will have an affect on the way the league decides to drug test its athletes.
