Athletic director Swarbrick has decided to move on Aaron Wilson
Charlie Weis is no longer the head coach at Notre Dame, according to the New York Daily News.
Per the report, which cited a source close to the program, athletic director Jack Swarbrick has made up his mind to move on from Weis.
This development arose in the wake of a 6-6 campaign marked by a collapse with four losses in a row to Navy, Ptt, Connecticut and Stanford.
Weis has reportedly told friends that he has at least six offers to become their offensive coordinator.
Weis had a 35-27 record in South Bend.

It could be that Weiss is more fit for pro coaching. It's a case of the clover being greener on the other side of the fence.
