Earlier in the day, New England Patriots offensive tackle Matt Light tried to play off a question about his potential retirement.

Now there are reports from ProFootballTalk and that Light will indeed hang it up after 11 NFL seasons that includes being with the Patriots for all the Bill Belichick-era Super Bowls.

Light will likely be replaced by Nate Solder, whom New England drafted last year.
