Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman indicates he has won his appeal of a four-game suspension for violation of the NFL’s policy on performance-enhancing drugs.

Sherman appealed a suspension and, according to his personal Twitter account, the league informed him he has won. Sherman’s appeal was held last week.

“Thank you @NFL for upholding the truth! To the 12s Thank you your faith is rewarded! Thank you lord,” Sherman wrote on his Twitter account.

“I won,” Sherman added.

According to ESPN, Sherman appealed on the basis of chain of custody of his urine sample being broken.

Seahawks cornerback Brandon Browner is serving a four-game suspension and will be eligible to return after the regular-season finale this Sunday.
