The Miami Dolphins and Richie Incognito have agreed for the offensive lineman to remain on the team's suspended list with pay, according a report from ESPN.

Incognito was suspended for allegedly bullying offensive tackle and teammate Jonathan Martin. It's been reported that both players will not be members of the Dolphins organization moving forward.

Due to the collective bargaining agreement, Incognito's initial suspension with pay was supposed to end following Miami's win over New England on Sunday. The two parties' agreement to extend the suspension does fall in line with the CBA.

The NFL is continuing to investigate the matter between Incognito and Martin. Incognito is accused of using a racial slur toward Martin, among other things.
