Richie Incognito still wants to play for the Miami Dolphins.

That has almost no chance to happen, though, following a bullying scandal where he was allegedly the chief tormenter of former teammate Jonathan Martin.

Still, Incognito told WSVN in Miami that he wants another shot in Miami.

"Returning to the Dolphins was my number one goal from the time I got suspended," Incognito said. "I want to return to the community in Miami and resume my playing career as soon as possible."

Incognito has sought treatment for his mental health.

He allegedly harassed Martin. He's also admitted that he bashed in his own black Ferrari.

Is Incognito mentally fit to play for the Dolphins or anyone else?

"Dolphins fans, Richie is well," Incognito told WSVN. "Richie wants to come back and play. But the business has to handle the business end, and that's it."
