NFL commissioner Roger Goodell will wait to decide on potential suspensions for the three players implicated in the Dolphins bullying case until he receives medical evaluations they have to undergo.
Richie Incognito, John Jerry and Mike Pouncey were deemed responsible for bullying Jonathan Martin, as well as other players and employees, in the Miami Dolphins locker room. Incognito has since sought medical help on his own and has stated a desire to return to either the Dolphins or join the Raiders.
Jerry signed with the Giants during free agency and Pouncey is still a member of the Dolphins' organization.
"The medical evaluations are the priority, yes," Goodell said. "From our standpoint, the medical evaluations will determine what happens. There will be no determinations until we have that information."
