New England Patriots nose guard Ron Brace is awaiting magnetic resonance imaging exam results on his injured ankle, according to his agent, Nate Haber.
The severity of the injury remains unclear.
Brace got hurt against the St. Louis Rams in the fourth quarter.
The former second-round draft pick from Boston College recorded seven tackles and a sack before leaving the game.
Brace began camp on the non-football injury list, but was activated earlier this month.
He has been making progress since that point and has been backing Gerard Warren.
