Miami Dolphins running back Ronnie Brown was reportedly arrested Friday night near Atlanta on suspicion of driving under the influence and has been released from jail, according to the Miami Herald.
Per the report, Brown was arrested and charged after being pulled over for failing to signal while making a lane change.
According to the Herald, the Dolphins know about the incident.
Per the report, the Dolphins aren't "overly upset" due to Brown not having a history of off-field incidents.
Brown has reportedly hired an attorney and is "distraught" about the incident, which involved him not performing well in a field sobriety test.

He is GUILTY! Suspend him 4 games, he committed a crime and could have killed someone! Treat him like you would treat Ben, wait Ben is not proven guilty, Ronnie Brown is!!
Give Ronnie some credit this is his first offense with the law. This is nothing like Ricky Williams and his Smoking incidents. It was his first off field incident. I think a warning at the most should be given. If this behavior continues then maybe suspension.

If it ain't Ricky Williams, it's Ronnie Brown! They just don't learn! Not that I'm complaining, I just hope it benefits the Jets that they get to play the Dolphins among the first 2 games of the season, or however long they'll suspend him. That Wildcat's a pain with him in there!
