Roy Williams didn’t get the girl but at least he got the ring back.
The Dallas Cowboys wide receiver, who sued his former girlfriend to retrieve a $76,000 engagement ring, has gotten the jewelry back, according to TMZ.com.
Daniels, a former beauty pageant queen from Texas, dated Williams for about a year. Williams had mailed her the ring at Valentine’s Day along with a video proposal, $5,000 cash and a baseball. Maybe the video proposal wasn’t quite what Williams thought it would be.
Hey, at least he got the rock back. Now, if someone can just get their hands on that video.
