Former Seahawks GM had been with the Bears through last season. Terry McCormick
Former Seattle Seahawks general manager Tim Ruskell has been hired by the Tennessee Titans as a regional scout for the Southeast, according to TitanInsider.
Ruskell last worked in the NFL as the director of player personnel for the Chicago Bears, but was let go by the team in January after new general manager Phil Emery took over there.
Ruskell joins familiar faces in Tennessee as general manager Ruston Webster and COO Mike Reinfeldt all worked for Ruskell in Seattle.
Ruskell replaces long-time scout Cole Proctor, who retired a month ago.
