Veteran nose tackle Ryan Pickett believes he still has enough left to continue playing football.

However, he's yet to receive a phone call from one of the 32 NFL teams. Speaking to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, Pickett said that even at age 35 he feels young enough to play the game at a high level. It's just a matter of a team taking that necessary chance on him.

"I can still play ball. Just turn on the tape," Pickett said. "I can do my job. And I do it well. I like to prove people wrong. I feel great. I don't feel old."

Pickett has played 13 NFL seasons — six with the Rams and the last eight with the Packers. Another Super Bowl championship is what Pickett is after, which is why he still wants to play as opposed to hanging up the cleats.

In his career, Pickett has totaled 371 tackles, nine sacks and 30 pass deflections.
