The New Orleans Saints signed first-round wide receiver Brandin Cooks to a four-year, $8.3 million contract that includes a $4.47 million signing bonus.
The deal includes the standard club fifth-year option.
Cooks was selected 20th overall out of Oregon State.
Cooks caught 226 career passes for 3,272 yards and 24 touchdowns.
He won the Biletnikoff Award last season, catching 128 passes for 1,730 yards and 16 touchdowns.
Cooks runs the 40-yard dash in 4.33 seconds.
