Saints sign tight end Richard Quinn

The New Orleans Saints signed veteran tight end Richard Quinn.

Quinn is a former Denver Broncos second-round draft pick from North Carolina.

They also signed wide receiver Tobais Palmer.

The Saints waived-injured wide receiver Steve Hull and cut nose tackle Tyrone Ezell and linebacker Marcus Thompson.

Quinn has also played for the Washington Redskins, Cincinnati Bengals and Arizona Cardinals.

Palmer has played for the Jacksonville Jaguars and San Diego Chargers.
