Sam Bradford aggravated ankle, misses practice

Bad news continued to pile up for the hard-luck St. Louis Rams as Sam Bradford was held out of practice on Thursday.

Bradford “aggravated” his left ankle in Sunday’s home loss to the Arizona Cardinals and it’s such that you have to at least wonder about his availability for this week’s game at San Francisco. Bradford missed two games in October with a high ankle sprain, and he watched practice Thursday before returning inside for treatment, walking with a “slight limp,” according to Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

"His ankle, I told you, it was aggravated in the game," St. Louis coach Spagnuolo said. "He came out here (Wednesday) and was limited, and when he came in this morning, it went backwards a little bit. So in an effort to get it forward, we just kind of shut him down."
