Schiano makes it clear Bucs will welcome Talib back

Trust us.

That is what Tampa Bay Buccaneers coach Greg Schiano says when it comes to often troubled cornerback Aqib Talib, who was suspended for four games for a violation of the NFL’s policy on performance-enhancing drugs.

Talib has experienced a checkered past and Schiano has been quick to weed out the locker room in his first season with the club. So, that has created some questions about the team’s handling of Talib, who will be welcomed back when he is cleared to return.

Every decision that we make as an organization has one thing in mind, and that's what's best for the organization,'' Schiano said, according to Ira Kaufman of the Tampa Tribune. “When I say best, it's not just winning. Yes, that's what you do in this league. There are 32 teams and we're all chasing one prize.

“But when you're part of a community, there's a lot of things that go into a decision. I can just tell our fans and all the people that care about this that we are going to do what's best for the organization, so you've got to just trust us on this one.''
