Seahawks to increase Marshawn Lynch's workload
The Seattle Seahawks want running back Marshawn Lynch to knock off more rust Friday night against the Chicago Bears.
Lynch ended his holdout earlier in camp and he played against the San Diego Chargers.
He didn't touch the football, though.
Now, Lynch will get some work involving carries Friday.
“It’s time for him to get some carries and get involved a little bit," Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said. "I really could not be more pleased with the conditioning level that he’s had, the consistency of practice and his preparation has been great. He’ll be ready to go and I know he’s looking forward to that, too."
