Source: Buccaneers work out Jamar Chaney, three other linebackers

As the Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed linebacker Danny Lansanah off the New York Jets' practice squad, they also worked out four linebackers.

The Buccaneers auditioned linebackers Jamar Chaney, Alex Albright, Justin Cole and Gerald McRath, according to a league source.

Chaney is a former Philadelphia Eagles draft pick who played for the Atlanta Falcons this season prior to being released.

Chaney recently worked out for the Dallas Cowboys, New England Patriots and the Tennessee Titans. He played collegiately at Mississippi State.
