Hasn't played a down in NFL since '04 Brad Biggs
Bobby Taylor is on the comeback trail.
The veteran NFL cornerback, who has not played since the 2004 season, is telling current and former players that he is fixing to make a return to the league this season and is going to contact teams in the next week or two.
The 36-year-old Taylor has been working out in Houston, according to one NFL source, and is in excellent shape. He’s looking for a chance to work out for teams and will be sending out videos. Taylor has said he is looking for a team in need of a third or fourth cornerback and is also willing to consider a safety position or a hybrid role where he is a backup at both positions.
Taylor, a second-round draft pick by the Philadelphia Eagles in 1995, is a former Pro Bowl performer. He played for the Eagles through 2003, and then spent one season with the Seattle Seahawks before the team released him in training camp in 2005. Taylor had foot issues when he played in Philadelphia and missed half of the ’04 season in Seattle with a sore knee.
He possesses outstanding size at 6-3 and it’s possible he could make a smooth transition to safety. But having not played a down in the league since ’04, it will be interesting to see if any teams take a hard look at him. Quality cover men are hard to come by, especially at this time of year and in August when injuries start to thin out depth charts. We’ll see then if Taylor can get someone to take a look at him.

Bill Parcells might want to look into this as a cheap insurance policy at the FS position, especially considering he wiffed on Antrell Rolle and Ryan Clark.
Somebody has run out of money.
This seems like a last ditch, desperation move, as a drowning man would do as to grasping at a floating straw to stay afloat. Its obvious that some one has made some bad financial decisions as far as mismanaging his money. Try the broadcasting booth instead of making a fool of yourself Bobby!!!!!!
Of course we should believe Vick's statement, he never lied before right,--- except just once before to fans and to the Commissioner's face. Especially, after he left 30 minutes before the shooting---I mean,--uh... 3 minutes before the shooting.
