William & Mary defensive tackle Sean Lissemore has upcoming workouts scheduled with the New York Jets and New York Giants, according to a league source.
The 6-3 ½, 298-pounder had an impressive pro day on March 17. Lissemore ran a 4.85 40-yard-dash and posted a 30.0 vertical jump and 9-8 broad jump. He also put up 36 reps on the bench press.
San Francisco 49ers head coach Mike Singletary represented one of the 22 NFL teams that were in attendance at William & Mary’s pro day.
One of Lissemore’s most impressive attributes has to be his speed. The 22-year-old senior ran the 100 meters in 11.20 seconds back in his New Jersey high school days.
In addition to workouts with both the Jets and Giants, Lissemore will meet with the Cardinals, Seahawks and Jaguars in the near future.
