The New York Giants are trying out several running backs today, including former Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Peyton Hillis and former Giants running back Danny Ware, according to league sources.

The Giants are dealing with injuries in their backfield, including David Wilson (neck ) and Da'Rel Scott (hamstring).

The Giants are also working out speedy former Giants running back Jeremy Wright, who played at Louisville.

A former 1,000-yard rusher with the Cleveland Browns, Hillis was cut by the Buccaneers when they promoted tight end Danny Noble to the active roster.
