The Detroit Lions are working out former Jacksonville Jaguars and Green Bay Packers tight end D.J. Williams today, according to a league source.

Williams has nine career receptions for 70 yards.

Williams is a former Arkansas standout who won the John Mackey Award in 2010 when he was named All-Southeastern Conference for the Razorbacks.

He had 54 receptions for 627 yards and four touchdowns.

A former Packers fifth-round draft pick, Williams was cut by the Jaguars earlier this month.
