Former San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens linebacker Tavares Gooden worked out for the Seattle Seahawks, according to a league source.
Gooden will work out for the Chicago Bears today.
Gooden is a former Ravens third-round draft pick from the University of Miami.
The Seahawks also worked out former 49ers and St. Louis Rams inebacker Larry Grant as well as former Minnesota Vikings and New England Patriots linebacker Tyrone McKenzie and linebackers D.J. Holt, Josh Hull and Mike Taylor.
Grant has 93 career tackles, five sacks and four forced fumbles.
