<p> As the Seattle Seahawks placed star running back Marshawn Lynch on the reserve-did not report list, they auditioned three running backs.</p> <p> The Seahawks worked out running backs Phillip Tanner, Orwin Smith and William Powell, according to a source.</p> <p> None were immediately signed to a contract, though.</p> <p> Smith has a previous stint with the Green Bay Packers. Tanner has played for the Dallas Cowboys, rushing for 149 career yards and two touchdowns.
