Duke University linebacker Vincent Rey has visited the New York Giants, Jacksonville Jaguars and the Oakland Raiders, according to a source close to the program.
A second-team All-Atlantic Coast Conference selection and a three-year starter, Rey has intrigued NFL scouts with his 4.54 to 4.58 speed in the 40-yard dash.
