Veteran defensive back passes on offer Aaron Wilson
OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- Veteran cornerback Walt Harris declined the Baltimore Ravens' contract offer this week, according to a league source.
Harris,35, had a strong tryout for the Ravens where he displayed that his surgically repaired knee is back in working order.
However, Harris decided not to sign with the team at this time. Per our source, something could still be worked out with Harris between now and the Ravens' training camp in late July.
The Ravens have agreed to terms on a one-year deal with veteran safety Ken Hamlin, who also auditioned for Baltimore at a passing camp along with cornerback Ken Lucas.
Harris was out for all of last season with the San Francisco 49ers due to a torn anterior cruciate ligament.
