Quinn suffered rib injury in Sunday's loss to Raiders. Terry McCormick
The Kansas City Chiefs could turn to second-year quarterback Ricky Stanzi as their starter Sunday, according to the Kansas City Star.
Brady Quinn suffered a rib injury in Sunday's 15-0 loss to the Oakland Raiders and Stanzi could get the call for the Chiefs against the Indianapolis Colts. Quinn will be evaluated this week to see if he will be able to play or not.
“There’s a possibility,” Crennel said of Stanzi. “Like I said last week, there’s a possibility, and I mentioned injuries as one of the reasons. We’ll see what Brady looks like, and then we’ll make some decisions and go from there.”
