The Pittsburgh Steelers suddenly find themselves in a major quandary at quarterback.
Already without starter Ben Roethlisberger due to a broken rib and SC joint injury to his shoulder, the Steelers may now have lost backup Byron Leftwich to a rib injury suffered in Sunday night's loss to Baltimore.
Per CBSSports.com, the Steelers are expected to start veteran Charlie Batch against Cleveland, but may hold auditions to find another quarterback to back him up because of all the injuries at the position.
It is possible the Steelers could look at Tyler Palko, a free agent who played for offensive coordinator Todd Haley in Kansas City. Other options among free agent quarterbacks include David Garrard, Vince Young, Josh Johnson and Seneca Wallace.
