The Steelers drafted quite the athlete in Dri Archer.
Archer has blazing speed, running a sub-4.3 at the NFL combine this past February. But with Le'Veon Bell and LeGarrette Blount forming a formidable one-two punch at running back, carries out of the backfield may be hard to come by on a consistent basis.
So it's no surprise to learn that Archer will be seeing time at both running back and receiver, Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said while appearing on the NFL Network.
When someone possesses the kind of speed Archer has, it's important to try and get the ball in his hands in some fashion. The Steelers at least need to try and figure out what Archer, a third-round draft pick this past May, can bring tot he football field.
