The Pittsburgh Steelers signed running back Jawan Jamison, cutting Alvester Alexander.
Jamison was drafted in the seventh round by the Washington Redskins last year.
He was on their practice squad except for three games on the active roster.
Jamison rushed for 1,075 yards and four touchdowns in 2012 at Rutgers.
Alexander spent last season on the Steelers' practice squad.
