Second-year receiver Stephen Hill is no longer a starter for the Jets, at least for the time being.

Taking his place on the depth chart will be David Nelson, a recenet free agent signing. Hill hasn't performed up to his 2012 second-round billing, which is why a change was made.

"I just got note of it today -- that some would be cut down," Hill told reporters, via the New York Daily News. "Hey, look, I have nothing to feel about it. That's big man's decisions. I just have to do what I do every day -- come out here and play hard."

For the season, Hill has 23 catches for 340 yards and one touchdown.
