Will Hill went unclaimed off waivers one day after the New York Giants cut the safety days after he was suspended without pay for six games after losing an appeal.

Hill is a multiple violator of the NFL substance-abuse policy who has failed at least three drug tests.

He was suspended last year for four games for violating the NFL substance-abuse policy.

It may be difficult for Hill to get a job since he's been punished by the NFL and could legitimately be regarded as unreliable.

Although talented, Hill just hasn't shown that he can be trusted.
