Quarterback reportedly has knee drained twice. Terry McCormick
Ryan Tannehill practiced with the starters during the open portion of the Miami Dolphins practice again Thursday, per the Miami Herald.
The Herald picked up a report from Jason Cole of Yahoo! that Tannehill had had his injured knee drained twice. He has bone bruise in his left knee and sported a brace in practice.
John Clayton of ESPN reported that Tannehill appears on track to play Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts in a battle against fellow rookie quarterback Andrew Luck. If not, the Dolphins would turn to backup Matt Moore who engineered much of Sunday's 30-9 win over the New York Jets.
