Welcome to the 2011 National Football Post Target Report. The purpose of the following chart is to provide a comprehensive breakdown of the most targeted pass-catchers from the 2010 NFL season.
A target consists of a pass is thrown to a player, whether completed or not. For example, if Aaron Rodgers overthrows Greg Jennings on a deep bomb down the right side of the field, that is considered a target even though the pass was not completed.
Be sure to study the “Rec %” column to get an idea of which players are catching the highest percentage of passes thrown their way.
Rec %: The percentage of targets completed that were thrown at the player.
T.O.P.: Total Offensive Passes thrown by the player’s team.
Target %: The percentage of a team’s Total Offensive Passes that were thrown to the player.
Yds: Receiving Yards
YPR: Yards Per Reception
