Tebow to attend 'Jets West' camp in California

New York Jets backup quarterback Tim Tebow will join some of his teammates in Southern California for "Jets West" workouts, says the New York Daily News.

The invitation to attend the passing camp comes from Jets starter Mark Sanchez, who has held the camp for the past two off-seasons. Third-stringer Greg McElroy will be in attendance as well as the Jets try to build chemistry between their quarterbacks and receivers for the coming season.

“It’s just so important to spend time together as much as possible,” said third-string quarterback Greg McElroy, who will be attending the week-long camp for the second consecutive summer. “It’s a good opportunity for us to get out of our element and do something social as a group with the benefit of working and great weather. It’s really a good time for us. It’s a lot of football and a lot of fun.”
