Tennessee continues to shuffle roster

After signing linebacker Gary Guyton to a one-year contract earlier on Sunday, the Tennessee Titans continued to make moves.

Tennessee signed veteran safety Corey Lynch as well, and waived safety Robert Johnson and defensive end Thaddeus Gibson. Lynch was drafted in 2008 by Cincinnati, and has also spent time with Tampa Bay and San Diego.

Johnson's release is interesting in that it not only comes with a "failed physical" designation since he was on PUP, but it marks the end for a player who last year at this time was being groomed to be the Titans' starting free safety.
