Buffalo Sabres owner Terry Pegula is the frontrunner to become the Buffalo Bills' new owner.

According to the Buffalo News, the team is "Pegula's to lose."

Pegula created $1.75 billion by selling mineral leases in Ohio and West Virginia.

Pegula would keep the Bills in Buffalo.

Meanwhile, Bon Jovi's Toronto group is "unfocused and disorganized," according to the newspaper.
