Tackle was hit with $7,500 fine for alleged punch of Clint Session. Terry McCormick
Houston Texans tackle Duane Brown maintains that he did not punch Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Clint Session in Sunday's 24-14 victory, even though video showed what appeared to be a punch as Brown was tackling Session at the end of a play where Session sacked Texans QB Matt Schaub forcing a fumble.
The NFL apparently agreed with the video and hit Brown with a $7,500 fine, one his agent told Fox 26 that he will appeal.
"We are following NFL protocol and we appealed the fine," said Andrew Ross, who represents Brown.
