Houston Texans offensive tackle Rashad Butler will miss the entire season after suffering a torn triceps in his right arm Thursday night against the Minnesota Vikings.
Butler has been down this road before, as he missed 14 games last year with a torn triceps in his left arm.
“He’s finished; out for the year,” Texans coach Gary Kubiak told the team website. “(It's) unfortunate. Tough, tough deal.”
It has been a bad week for Butler, who lost out in the running for the starting left tackle job to Derrick Newton on Monday.
