Kubiak not overly concerned with linebacker's sore knee. Terry McCormick
Linebacker Brian Cushing was a spectator at the Houston Texans' Monday OTA because of a sore knee.
Texans coach Gary Kubiak said in his post-practice press conference with the media that Cushing's knee got sore on him and he was sent for an MRI as a precaution.
The coach did not appear overly concerned that the knee injury was anything serious.
“No, just his knee got sore on him; and I’m going to err on that side this time of year, so we sent him down for an MRI. He did come out and watch practice, and it gives some other guys a chance to get some reps," Kubiak said.
