Texans' Joseph says he is healthy now

Houston Texans cornerback Johnathan Joseph played most of last season with a groin injury that he pressed through.

But now as the off-season work arrives for the Texans, Joseph tells CSN Houston that he is finally healthy, following not one, but two sports hernias.

"With the groin issues and everything behind me and the sports hernia on both sides, I had both those fixed," Joseph said. "Now I have more pop, more explosion with my legs. I can run all day again."
